Dog Control

Overview

Dog control handles all local town dog law issues, such as nuisance barking and Article 7 of NYS Ag & Market laws, which include dogs at large, dangerous dogs or other related issues.

All dogs 4 months and older are mandated to be rabies vaccinated (unless exempt) and licensed. The license tag must be on the dog. It will also ensure a prompt return if lost and picked up by me.
