PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Tusten, Sullivan County, New York, sealed proposals to lease the building commonly known as 93 Main Street (former Wayne Bank Branch) in the Hamlet of Narrowsburg, in conformance with the request for proposals approved by the Town Board, will be received by the Town Board, at 210 Bridge Street, P.O. Box 195, Narrowsburg, New York 12764, until 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, on October 11, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of the request for proposals may be obtained from the Town Clerk or the Supervisor of the Town of Tusten at the Town offices located at 210 Bridge Street, Narrowsburg, New York or from the Town of Tusten website. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the notation “93 Main Street Lease Proposal.”
All proposals must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion as required by §103 of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board of the Town of Tusten reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for new proposals in its sole discretion.
