2024 Removal/Disposal of Used Filter Sand
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for 2024 Removal/Disposal of used Filter Sand for the Narrowsburg Water & Sewer Department will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Tusten no later that noon on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the office of the Town clerk. Bids shall be clearly marked “2024 Removal/Disposal of Filter Sand Bid”. Bids will be opened at the regular monthly meeting on February 13th, 2024 starting at 6:30 pm. Bids will only be accepted on an official bid form. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A non-collusion certificate must be enclosed with the bid and must be obtained along with an official Prevailing Wage schedule from the Tusten Town Clerk or District Superintendent.
