Payment of Fines & Surcharges

Traffic Ticket FAQ

  • Question: If I receive a traffic ticket, how do I know how much the fine is?
    • Answer: You must sign the ticket either "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" and send the ticket to the court. If you plead "Guilty" the court will send you a notice indicating the fine. If you plead "Not Guilty", the court will send you a notice advising you of a pretrial conference date.
